From one of Austria's finest producers this Grüner Veltliner is an entry into Weingut Knolls range and the Wachau levels (or styles) of their wines . Its aromatic profile is deliciously fragrant with notes of green apple, citrus, and pear, followed by floral hints. On the palate, it is lean and fruity, light and lively with a pronounced acidic streak and a crisp character. The finish is long and citrusy. It makes a great aperitif for a sunny summer afternoon and it is excellent with Cantonese rice, chicken curry, and asparagus risotto.
