Tajin is a blend of chilli peppers, lime and sea salt. In Mexico, it’s sprinkled over everything from tacos and salsa to fresh fruit and ice lollies. With this handy glass rimmer, you can quickly coat the rim of your glass in the spicy salt mix to give your cocktails a fun and flavourful flourish.
To use, simply dip the rim of your glass in lime or orange juice and then dunk it into the rimmer. Swivel until the rim is coated in Tajin.
