As with every Lagg whisky, the production process involved water from the distillery's own borehole as well as a specifically chosen barley variety (Concerto in this case), yeast, and fermentation time tailored to the particular whisky. Corriecravie was then matured initially in bourbon barrels before being finished for approximately 6 months in oloroso sherry hogsheads from renowned producer Miguel Martin in Jerez, Spain. It was bottled at 55% ABV, without chill filtration, and with no added colour.
