If you like fresh, mineral-driven white wine, you'll go bonkers for the wines of Paul-Henry Pellé. This guy is a star. Qualitatively, these wines can go tête-a-tête with top-shelf Sancerre, but they're a great deal less expensive. Texture, poise, balance and fruit. A masterclass.
