Villa Wolf Estate in Pfalz was bought by Ernst Loosen in the mid 90's where he set about reinvigorating and modernising the winery. From the warmest region in Germany this Pinot Gris is textured and aromatic with enough character to match a wide variety of dishes but goes particularly well with as a partner for salmon, chicken or pork.
